rocky mount fair policingMembers of the Rocky Mount Police Department have completed an extensive, six-hour Fair and Impartial Police Training Course.  This course provided information and scenarios designed to help officers be proactive by recognizing their biases and ensuring they maintain controlled, unbiased responses.  The Rocky Mount Police Department was among the first in the entire state to have all of its officers complete the training.
